Ideally, once we have more church prayer coordinators in each region, each regional prayer coordinator will conduct a monthly meeting of all church prayer coordinators in his region. He will also meet monthly (at a separate meeting) with the Associational Prayer Coordinator and the other regional coordinators.
For now, since we have so few coordinators, all church and regional prayer coordinators will meet together with the Associational Prayer Coordinator on the first Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. (I am intentionally refraining from posting the location for reasons of security.)
